ehZee Engineering inspects, designs and builds the systems that keep a building safe and working: mechanical and electrical equipment, life safety systems, WiFi and communications networks, and the safety programs around the people who work on them.

We start by asking why

"Solving problems means asking why a client is looking for a solution, not just how." Our CEO's rule shapes every job. Before we recommend equipment or write a report, we find out who uses the space, what they do there and what is going wrong today. Those answers set the targets the work is measured against.

  1. Ask why. We talk to the people who use the building and set design or inspection targets from their answers.
  2. Survey the site. We walk the building and measure what matters: ceiling types and cable paths, plant rooms, airflow and radio interference.
  3. Design. Drawings, equipment selections and a budget you can approve, coordinated across every trade on the job.
  4. Build and verify. We build or oversee the installation, test it against the design and hand over the report, coverage map or inspection record.
