ehZee Engineering Corporation collects only the information you choose to send us, and uses it to answer your request.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and anything else you enter: company, phone number, building type, the services you're interested in and your description of the project. We also keep the date and time of the request and a scrambled code derived from your internet address, which we use to block repeated automated submissions. We don't store your internet address itself.
If you email or call us, we receive the details you give us in that conversation.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call, quote or site visit.
- To keep a record of the work we discuss or carry out for you.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it's kept
Form submissions are delivered to our business email and saved on our web server as a backup, in a folder that isn't reachable from the web. Only ehZee staff who need it to respond to you can see it.
Cookies and outside services
The site sets one cookie, which the contact form needs to confirm that a submission came from a real visit to the page. It isn't used for tracking. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when you visit.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing contact@ehzee.ca. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
